Required Use of VA Consent Addendum for New NCI Studies Reviewed by the NCI IRB (July 20, 2020)

If your VA Facility wishes to add the NCI IRB as an IRB of Record for NCI studies, you must initially contact both Ms. Priscilla Craig and Dr. Marisue Cody before beginning the process.
