 DESCRIPTION (provided by applicant): Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is rapidly becoming the most prevalent mental health problem facing Veterans of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF)/Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF)/Operation New Dawn (OND).
