Chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) is the leading cause of nonrelapse mortality following allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HCT). Once the diagnosis is made, a fundamental practice gap remains the determination of whether disease is stable or progressing.
