Project Summery Overall Research Strategy: Traumatic brain injury (TBI) from open-field blast or repetitive mild head impact to human tau transgenic mice will induce Alzheimer-relevant, tau-dependent pathology, that can be rescued by suppression of tau expression or tau aggregation inhibitors.
