Our objective in this project is to determine the destructive seizure-inducing effects of the systemically administered organophosphate diisopropyl fluorophosphate (DFP) on rat brain, and to determine the roles of the necroptotic and exitotoxic pathways of programmed necrosis in DFP- induced neuronal necrosis.
