PROJECT SUMMARY ABSTRACT The overall goal of our research is to develop novel strategies to treat secondary complications of acute kidney injury (AKI). Remote acute lung injury (ALI) is a frequent and often lethal complication of acute kidney injury (AKI) that lacks therapies.
